The Student Association are currently planning our 2012 Orientation Events.

The following events are confirmed, with more events at more campuses to be announced.

Tues Feb 7th - Newcastle Campus, 11.30am to 1pm.
Wed Feb 8th - Newcastle Campus, 11.30am to 1pm.
Thurs Feb 9th - Newcastle Campus, 11.30am to 1pm.
Tues Feb 14th - Glendale Campus, 11.45am to 12.45pm.
Wed Feb 15th - Wyong Campus, 11.45am to 12.45pm.
Thurs Feb 16th - Maitland Campus, 11.45am to 12.45pm.

Our 2012 Orientation Week events will include a free BBQ, live music, special guests, and information stalls from student support services as well as locals organisations and businesses offering student discounts.

18/10 - Mental Health Month event and Free BBQ at Newcastle TAFE

The Hunter TAFE Student Association is proud to support this Mental Health Month event at Newcastle Campus, on Tuesday October 18th 2011 from 12pm - 2pm in the S Block Courtyard. This event will feature a Free BBQ, Lifestyle activities, live music and more.

2011 Golden Trowel

TAFEs and bricklaying colleges throughout Australia have been invited by the CMAA NSW Committee, in co-operation with TAFE NSW, to participate in the 10th Biennial Golden Trowel Award.

The 2011 event is being held in Newcastle at the NSW TAFE Hunter Institute, on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 September, beginning with a welcome barbecue and briefing session at the college on Sunday evening 18 September 2011.

National Campus Band Competition Regional Finals
